I believe I set up the scoring correctly but when I check it, it is incorrect. For example, the submission of Brinlee Saurman she took the quiz yesterday 4/17/25 and it says her score is 8 but when I manually add up the score it is 11, the first nine questions are being scored, question 10 & 11 are not, the scoring for questions 1-9 is as follows:
When I go into settings for each question, it shows the scoring to be correct, as it is shown in the points
A-3 points
B-2 points
C-1 point
D- 0 points
However I have selected to shuffle the questions, can you please help me figure out why the scoring isn't correct?
thank you,

Hi Petronya,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Form Calculation Widget wasn't configured correctly. It has missing fields on it. Check out my screenshot below:
Can you try adding the fields manually again to make sure none of the fields are left out of the calculation? I did it and this was my result:
You can take a look at my clone form here and you can clone it to test yourself.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Could you provide how to do what you are requesting, recalculating the widget, I am not familiar with how to do that. So specific directions would be helpful, given that I want questions 1-9 to be scored as follows:
A-3 points
B-2 points
C-1 point
D- 0 points
and questions 10 &11 to not be scored at all, they don't count toward the score of the quiz
thank you,

Hi Petronya,
I have checked the fields and the calculation values are set correctly. Now, let me show you how to correct the calculation in the Form Calculation widget. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the Form Calculation widget, then click on the Wand Icon to open the Widget Settings.
2. Remove all the fields in the calculation.
4. Once done, click on the Save button below.
Check out the screencast below to see my results. For demonstration, I did not hide the Form Calculation widget.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
