I'm not getting the Notification email

    and I don't get email that I have been notified.

    Hi Tabitha,

    When I cloned your form and tested it, I was also not able to receive the Notification email. After further checking, I've found that this is because you have not checked the When a submission is received from the email settings. Check out my screenshot below:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Emails from the left side window.

    4. From the Advanced tab, tick on When a submission is received under the Send Email Automatically.
