    Hi nrheg,

    I’ve checked your form and it appears that a conditional logic has been set up that once the Coach signs, it will automatically route to the Athletic Director for submission editing and signature affixation. Check out of the screenshot below:

    The director just need to click the edit submission link to open the form submission and add his signature.
