    Dear Sir or Madam,

When testing the contest form on mobile in vertical orientation, the form appears to be cut off.

For your reference, please see the attached image.

Ideally, the entire page should be fully visible on mobile, regardless of whether the device is in vertical or horizontal orientation.

    Please kindly advise.

    Thank you

    Regards,
    Brian

    Hi Brian,

After testing, this can be resolved by converting your theme into newer theme. You can do this from your Form Builder, by clicking on Switch to New Theme:

This issue should be resolved once you have switched to a new theme:

Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

    Hi Jessica,

Thank you for the reply. Can I please check where do I go to select the following function: "Switch to New Theme"?

I do not see this function on my end.

    Please kindly advise.

    Thank you

    Hi Brian,

You can switch to the new default theme and that should fix the issue. Changing the theme of your form is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
    2. Now, in the Form Designer menu, click on the Themes tab, and you'll find a list of available themes.
    3. Hover over the Default Theme, and click Use Theme. The changes should immediately apply to your form, and you're done.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
