1. The organiser of this lucky draw is operating under the registered company name: CORLISON PTE. LTD. with registered office at 7030 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, #06-39, NorthStar @ AMK, Singapore 569880.

2. This lucky draw is only open to all Singaporeans and permanent residents, except employees and immediate family members of CORLISON PTE. LTD. and its affiliated company.

3. How to participate:

Answer 2 simple questions about the featured product and provide the following contact details:

Name (as per NRIC), Contact number, Email Address.

4. The contest period starts on 1 May 2025, 00:00AM (SGT) and ends on 31 July 2025, 23:59PM (SGT).

5. Only 1 entry per participant. Multiple entries shall not be allowed. Eligible participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (01) prize.

6. Closing date for all entries is on 31 July 2025, 23:59PM (SGT).

7. The lucky draw will be held on 8 Aug 2025, 05:00PM (SGT) at CORLISON PTE. LTD. office.

8. All winners will be notified by email to collect their prizes from CORLISON PTE. LTD. office. All prizes must be claimed by 15 Aug 2025.

9. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. 

10. All prizes are subject to availability and in the event of unforeseen circumstances, CORLISON PTE. LTD. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

11. CORLISON PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

12. By completing and submitting this Lucky Draw entry, participants consent to CORLISON PTE.
