Can you guys forward survey responses to emails?

    We need a customer service form solution that:

    • Collects customer info (name, order, email) and issue details
    • Allows photo uploads for damaged products
    • Routes submissions to different email addresses based on product type and customer location
    • Stores all submissions in a database or spreadsheet
    • Sends automated email notifications with submission details to appropriate teams
    • Manages product replacement requests with minimal manual intervention

    As for your last question. Changing the product information and details is currently not possible; you have to manually change the product replacement. For your other questions, I moved your other questions to another thread to avoid confusion. See thread links below:
