    Hi There,

I have set up my form to send an email notification to jnoye@hccs.sa.edu.au & dailylife@hccs.sa.edu.au from the following forms:

    https://form.jotform.com/250316713948864

    https://form.jotform.com/243437268489875

    https://form.jotform.com/243432990214858

    https://form.jotform.com/243432108366857

These emails are not receiving the notifications. We have worked through basic trouble shooting such as junk mails and things but having no luck.

Can you please let me know if there is some investigating you can do on your end regarding this?

    Thanks,

    Kirby Toma

    Hi Kirby,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshots below:Email Notifications not being received by another email Image 1 Screenshot 60

I also checked the email addresses, and it is not on our bounce list. The email address that received an email notification is the email jnoye@hccs.sa.edu.au, then the forms that were only sent an email notification to that email are the Staff Leave Request Form and Request for Cover Form. Could you check your Spam or Junk folder again to see if the emails might have been filtered there?

Alternatively, consider setting up an SMTP in your account to send notifications using your own email address. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
