Empathy score calculation on the form is incorrect

Hello-

I am struggling to get the empathy score to correctly total in the empathy section like the other emotional intelligence sections. I've spent months coming back and forth to this, and manually calculating and overwriting the box but have run out of patience ;) Would anyone be able to help me solve for this?

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the last selected field from the Empathy Score is incorrect. Let me show you how to fix it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Empathy Score field to open the widget settings.

2. Remove the last field from the selected fields.

3. Click on the Add Field button, type 49, then select it, and click the Plus icon.

4. Click the Add Field button again, type 51, and select it.

5. Finally, click on Save button, and you're done.
