Are there any updates on the status of Venmo integration?

Hi Kaleigh,

Unfortunately, there hasn't been any updates yet on the Venmo Integration. In the meantime, you can use different Payment Integrations on your form, such as PayPal. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
2. Under the Payments tab, choose one of the PayPal options.
3. In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
4. Now, enter all of the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.

The issue with this is that it still shows Venmo as an option to pay. How do I get it to not show Venmo??

Unfortunately, this option can't be disabled, since this is a feature from PayPal to add Venmo, depending on the country of the form respondent.

In the meantime, let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with. 

A couple of weeks ago there was a version of PayPal available on your payment integrations that was without Venmo.

This is extremely frustrating because I get numerous questions about why the payment doesn't work. If the button isn't there, it helps.

I first reached out about this issue in January. With it being April now and no answer in sight, we might have to choose another form/payment vendor.
