Accessing anyting on jotform.com from Firefox produces a very unhelpful error page, not even any HTML, just containing just the number "403". I am not on any kind of VPN and the site works in Chrome. Please fix this.

    Hi Niklas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried accessing the Jotform using a Firefox browser to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything is working the way it should. Take a look at the screencast below: Getting an error 403 when accessing Jotform using Firefox browser Image 1 Screenshot 20 Could you try accessing the Jotform using this link here? Also, We suggest clearing your browser caches and cookies to see if it makes any difference.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I started with a completely empty profile in the browser, all extensions turned off. Still the same result. I can't see anything on the site in Firefox, not the form that was sent to me and not even these support pages.

According to the answers from your staff in the support thread linked below, you seem to be blocking certain IP addresses:

    Hi Niklas,

Similar to my colleague, I've tested our website with Firefox using a network outside of Jotform and it is working correctly. Can you confirm if you're able to connect to our website using the same network and device, but with a different browser? If so, the issue could be isolated to your Firefox application. In such case, I suggest updating it to the latest version, and trying it again using Private window, without any active plugins.

The issue is not likely to be related to your IP address as you're able to connect from the same device and network, but with Chrome. I would also suggest double checking if you have any software on your device that applies some firewall or VPN when using the Firefox browser. Clearing your browser's cache, cookies and data may also help which I also suggest.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
