Hi Greg_greg498_greg,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can try to connect to a different server, which can help to solve the issue. If it doesn’t work out as you needed, please share your IP address so I can whitelist it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

How am I supposed to know which IP's a potential client/customer will be coming from? I don't understand why Jotform is blocking IP's at all. I understand geographic blocks... but if Jot is blocking IP's from VPNs they are blocking hundreds if not thousands of potential customers.

Hi Greg,
We can escalate this to the relevant team to investigate this further. Before that, can you provide a screenshot of the Console Report from your browser so the relevant team can better understand what's happening? To confirm, this is happening using NordVPN using USA as the location?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Greg,
I went ahead and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
