Hello -
So, I got the form to work for me but when the applicants who had saved their forms try to submit it, this happens:
"I tried it on several different browsers this morning and this is the error message I received. It allows me to go through the paypal checkout process but when I click submit or “pay”. This is the next screen that pops up. I go back through the application, and I don’t see an error message on any of the files. I’m not sure if it’s one specific file or the entire package cannot be uploaded."

Hi Sherry,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. After saving the form as draft, I reopened it to fully submit the form and was able to do so successfully. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
