PayPal Integration has stopped working and forms cannot be submitted

    Hello,

    We have a form within our account- https://form.jotform.com/202945237009151 This form has worked great for 2 years. Sometime between Feb 8 and Feb 19, it stopped working. When an applicant went to submit the form and pay, he received the message "Please wait" and it kept spinning. He tried using different browsers and also different credit cards to pay.

    I have gone in several times over the last couple of weeks and tried different fixes that Podo suggested either through Jotform or through PayPal. Nothing worked. After making some changes the message I received when I tried to submit was "The value of a field does not conform to a certain format." I then tried multiple things that Podo suggested.

    Now the form still does not work. I want to download the information the applicant has saved so that he doesn't have to resubmit it so that he can use another payment method. That is just a stop-gap measure for this one applicant but, I also want to fix the form for future applicants.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Sherry,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I suggest reconnecting PayPal integration and make a test payment submission again. Check out the screenshot below on how to reconnect the PayPal integration.

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hello -

    So, I got the form to work for me but when the applicants who had saved their forms try to submit it, this happens:

    "I tried it on several different browsers this morning and this is the error message I received. It allows me to go through the paypal checkout process but when I click submit or “pay”. This is the next screen that pops up. I go back through the application, and I don’t see an error message on any of the files. I’m not sure if it’s one specific file or the entire package cannot be uploaded."
