Good afternoon,
My form is not showing the pricing options (see attached) when I preview the form. I am unsure why,

I think I figured it out, but now I am trying to get it where it doesn't show that unless one of the options asking about guest or extra shirts is selected yes. I thought I had the conditional formatting set directly but it is still not working. Additionally, is it possible to add pay as check as an option?

Hi adfsasafs,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and can see here that 4 of your conditions are contradicting to each other. Here's a screenshot for context:
Can you explain to us how you would like to setup these conditions so we can help you with setting up the conditions.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

If they select yes for extra shirt for the conference, yes for if they have an extra participant for the funrun, yes if for guest coming for dinner then it would show the "store" where they can pay for the extra guest meals or choose t-shirt size and quantity

Hi adfsasafs,
I have corrected your conditional logic to ensure it works as intended. Here’s how it functions:
If the user selects "Yes" for "Would you like to purchase extra ASAFS conference shirts?" , the store will be displayed. If they select "No," the store will be hidden. For the question "Additional Participant(s) in the Fun Run?" , selecting "Yes" will display the Extra Participant(s) Name field, the Would extra participant(s) want a fun run t-shirt? field, and the store. If the user selects "No," all of these fields and the store will be hidden. Lastly, for the question "Will you have Guests for Dinner?" , selecting "Yes" will display the store, while selecting "No" will keep the store hidden. This setup ensures that the appropriate fields and store visibility align with the user’s selections.
Check out the screenshots below for the values :
You can copy my conditional logic and clone my form. Check out the screencast below for the result:
