My change email recipient condition is not working

I'm having trouble with this form here: https://form.jotform.com/250827760637161 I've been playing around with it for several hours now trying to get the condition based emails to send but for whatever reason nothing I do seems to be working. I made sure that the form wasn't deleting hidden answers since the trigger for these emails are hidden. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Chritopher,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the recipient email of your change email recipient condition, and found it on the bounce list for the reason below:

Reason(s) : bounced (host aspmx.l.google.com[142.251.166.26] said: 550-5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from formresponse.com is NOT accepted due to 550-5.7.26 domain's DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of 550-5.7.26 formresponse.com domain if this was a legitimate mail. To learn 550-5.7.26 about the DMARC initiative, go to 550 5.7.26 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DmarcRejection 3f1490d57ef6-e66a44901e9si8987905276.260 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command))

I've gone ahead and removed it on the bounce list. Since you have set up an SMTP and used your own email address as the sender email already, I suggest contacting your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host. However, can you try making a submission test again now to see if you'll receive the email?

Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you so much!

The emails are coming through now however, the images uploaded from the form are not showing up in the emails.
