Team,
Seems like my accounts storage limit has exceeded. However, I am not able to understand why this is happening. Can you please tell me how do I delete my data, without affecting any of my forms?

Hi SaptarshiGhose21,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, you have reached Upload Space limit, and you can lower this by deleting submission with uploaded file. It's easy to delete your submission, let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, select the entry you would like to delete.
- Click on Delete at the top-right toolbar.
- Click on Move to Trash to confirm.
Keep in mind that when you delete a submission, the deleted submissions will remain as Trashed Entries for 30 days before it's permanently deleted, during this period, the submission still count against your account limit, so you'll need to manually purged it to free your Upload Space. Let me show you how to do that:
- Click on the three-dot icon beside your sheet's name.
- Select Trashed entries from the available dropdown.
- In Trash window on the right, select the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Let us know if this issue still persists even after you empty your trashed entries.

Hi Jessica,
Thanks for your response. None of my tables have any entries in them - so I am not very sure what needs to be deleted. Can you be a bit more specific about what exactly do I need to remove/delete to get back storage space?
Thanks,
Saptarshi

Hi Saptarshi,
I found some forms that still have upload files on them. I'm referring to forms Practo One Hospital Audit - v3, Practo Clinics Cosmetic Score Form, Practo Clinics Ophthalmology Score Form, Practo One Dental Clinic Audit - serial IDs, and Practo Chronic Care Clinic Audit.
To purge the submissions with uploaded files on them, you have to go to the Jotform Table's Trashed Entries of these forms. To find out how to clear your Trashed Entries, check out my colleague's response above. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits and How to Delete Form Submission Data for more information.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
