Do you newsletter templates allow us to know who read, who bounced, etc?

I want to have the newsletter give snippets of information, then take the person to our website to read the rest of the information on that topic. That will drive drive people to our website.

While Jotform’s newsletter emails are great for sharing updates and driving traffic to your website using links, we currently don’t provide detailed analytics like open rates, bounce tracking, or click-through data.

If you need advanced email tracking and analytics, we recommend integrating your form with a dedicated email marketing platform like Mailchimp, GetResponse, or Constant Contact. These platforms let you monitor who opened the email, clicked on a link, or had a bounced delivery and can work well with Jotform for subscriber management.
