I am looking at your Newsletter options and templates.
Question: Can I use your newsletter as an option to send monthly newsletters: If so, is there an opt out option? It would be nice if I can create groups of my members to send newsletters to. Is that possible?
Do you newsletter templates allow us to know who read, who bounced, etc?I want to have the newsletter give snippets of information, then take the person to our website to read the rest of the information on that topic. That will drive drive people to our website.
Thanks,
Peggy

Hi Peggy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use Jotform to send monthly newsletters by creating a form and linking it with our email tools or integrations like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or other email marketing platforms. These integrations let you manage contact lists, create groups of members, and send newsletters easily.
An opt-out option is also possible. You can include an unsubscribe link or checkbox in your form or email using your email marketing tool. If you're collecting consent through Jotform, you can add a required field to ensure recipients agree to receive newsletters.
To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
