Renaming my form did not work how do I fix it?

    2) Per my p.s., I included a screenshot and the form still listed as "TLC Dog Adoption Application." Renaming didn't fix that. How can it be corrected to have my rescue name vs. TLC attached?

    Hi Jen,

    When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. You just need to edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
    3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
