Multiple forms created.

Hello,

I attempted to create one form under my new account: an adoption application form on Sunday, March 16th. At that point, I clicked on the wrong button to rename the form and it created another. Today, I searched how to rename the form and I now have 4 (!) forms showing under my Workspace. I have no idea where the 3rd one came from but these are all the same form. I would like to consolidate but, more importantly, I would like not to have these go against my quota just for editing the form. When saving, I was given no option to "save as" to make the file include the proper name from the start. All I've done is attempt to create 1 form and now I'm 1 away from my limit?? Can you please correct/adjust this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding the issues you are experiencing with your adoption application form. I understand that you have inadvertently created multiple forms while trying to rename your original form, and now you have four forms showing in your Workspace. To address your concern about the forms counting against your quota, note that each Jotform account has limits based on the plan you are using. The Starter plan allows you to have up to five active forms at any given time. However, you can create an unlimited number of forms, but only five can be active. If you are close to your limit, I recommend consolidating your forms by deleting any duplicates you do not need.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you currently have only 2 active forms in your Workspace. This means that you still have room to create additional forms without exceeding your quota.
