Form transfer request

    Hi support,


    Can you please reassign my form "Warehouse Pick List" to be owned by Bryan Ahner (bahner@anteristech.com)?


    Also, we have responses being emailed to us but are not getting them immediately when the form is completed (e.g. sometimes a several hour delay from when form is submitted to when we are email notified) - we have contacted our IT to make sure it's not on our end, but is there any way we can get responses more immediately?

    Hi Payton,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I can see that your account can transfer forms to another email address. Keep in mind that once forms are transferred, the recipient becomes the new owner of those forms. Let me show you how transfer your form to another account:

    1. Click on your Avatar on the upper right side of the page.

    2. Click on Settings to be directed to another page.

    4.Go to Transfer Forms, then click the Transfer Forms button.

    Form transfer request Image 2 Screenshot 715. Enter the Authentication Code that is sent to your account's email address, then click on the Verify button.

    Form transfer request Image 3 Screenshot 826. Select the form that you want to transfer, then enter the New owner's email address. Click on the Transfer forms button.

    Form transfer request Image 4 Screenshot 93After the procedure is finished, you can view the status of your transfer in your account settings' Pending Transfers area under the Data page.
