I am trying to edit an auto email that is submitted - i have tried going into form builder but it is not showing any existing emails to edit it just brings up new - how do i access my existing email templates for editing - i want to edit the email that is sent after someone hs filled in our application form

Hi Kirsty.
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you working on this form? If yes, I cloned the form and I don't see any Autoresponder email added to it. I assume that you're trying to edit the autoresponder emails on the Workflow. Let me show you how to edit them:
1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
2. Click on Workflows on the left.
3. Hover your mouse on the email and click on the Pencil icon.
4. In the Workflow Builder, click the Email element and select the Envelope icon next to it.
5. Edit the email content.
6. Click the Save button.
