There is NO SMOKING in your unit or any inside Common Areas, such as the kitchen and laundry. Smoking must be outside and not cause discomfort to any of your neighbors.
House Rules

If your application is accepted you will be required to comply with the House Rules and Covid Response Plan protocols. A full copy of these will be supplied to you with the Tenancy Agreement. The key points are:
By submitting this application you agree to the following House Rules:
- Rent must be paid in advance
- There are no pets permitted on the property
- You must report any maintenance or repair issues immediately
- You must keep your contact details up to date in the case of emergencies
- There is no smoking in your unit or any inside common area such as the Kitchen and Laundry
- You can have a kettle, toaster and microwave in your room, but all other cooking must be done in the Kitchen
- You must follow all Covid Response Plan protocols

Acknowledgements
I authorise the landlord/property manager to:
- Collect, retain and use the information for the purpose of assessing my creditworthiness and suitability for the tenancy; and
- Disclose information about me, whether collected from me directly or from any other source, to any other credit provider, or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit report (which will involve the credit reporting agency providing information about me to the landlord/property manager).
I understand that the credit/reporting agency:
- May hold my information on their credit reporting database and use it for providing credit reporting services, and they may disclose my information to their subscribers for the purpose of credit checking or debt collection; and
- As part of providing a credit report, may check the Ministry of Justice fines database for any overdue fines I may have.
I understand that:
- This is an application only and not confirmation of acceptance for this tenancy and that is not a Tenancy Agreement; and
- I will be advised in writing or verabally if/when my application is accepted; and
- If successful I will be required to pay one weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance; and
- I am not required to pay any bond or rent until my Application is accepted.
