Hello
- The PDF Editor shows the correct color (#2C3344)
- The preview before signing however resets text to blue
- I need JotForm to stop overriding the color in the preview
What can I do?
Thanks
Alex

Hi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form and the same thing happened to me. When I checked your form texts, I see that its default color is actually blue. To fix this, we have to set the color of your texts in the Paragraph field to your preferred color. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Paragraph element and on the Pen icon next to it.
- Next, click on the Source code icon, and replace all the codes in there with the one found on this text file.
- Then, click Ok, and click on the Check icon next to the Paragraph field to save it.
That's it. This is how the Sign Preview will appear:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hey Raymond,
Awesome! It worked. Now I have another issue I would like to solve. Once the client signs the document, me as well as the client receives the signed document by email. Once the document is signed by the client, I would like to sign it as well and have the coaching agreement now duly signed by both parties be sent to the client and myself for the record.
How can I do that?
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Take note that it is not possible to edit a submission data once Jotform Sign is enabled, as shown in the screenshot.
I would suggest using an E-sign instead of a Form, since this will allow you to assign multiple Signer. Here's how to do it:
How To Create An E-sign:
1. In My Workspace, click on Create on the left side of the screen.
2. Select E-sign.
3. Click on Upload document.
4. Upload your PDF file.
5. Click on Create Signable Document.
How To Assign Multiple Signer:
1. In Sign Builder, click on the Signature element to select.
2. At the bottom of the selected Signature element, click on the User icon or Signer 1.
3. Assign the Signature element to the appropriate Signer.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
