Hello,
I'm currently setting up Jotform for one form to share data with another form.
The second form is a PDF certificate that will be filled with the participants name and will be emailed to them.
I was able to set up the data sharing. However, the name is not centered on the certificate. How can I center the text and make it look larger?
The form does not allow me to center text or alter sixze.

Hi Armen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, then unfortunately, it is not possible to auto-center the text in the fields when using Smart PDF Forms. However, you can resize the text box in the original PDF and then replace it in the center of the field to get the response in the center. Let me show you how:
- In your Smart PDF Form, select the matching field, increase its height, decrease the width, and then drag the field at the center of the PDF field.
You can also open a new tab to access a PDF Editor and check if the text is properly aligned in the center:
- In your Smart PDF Form, click the Downward Arrow icon beside the Smart PDF Forms text.
- In the dropdown, click the PDF Editor. You will then be redirected to the PDF Editor page.
- You can then see the text field now aligned in the center. If it is still not properly centered, you can go back to the previous tab of your Smart PDF Form.
- Make sure to reload the PDF Editor for every change in your Smart PDF Form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- In your Smart PDF Form, select the matching field, increase its height, decrease the width, and then drag the field at the center of the PDF field.

The form that needs to send text is the exam certificate.I’m trying to create a system where the student can scan the QR code, complete the heart saver pediatric skills sheet and then it’ll put the name automatically in certificate and email it to them.
Should I use regular forms instead of smart forms?

Hi Armen,
Can you send me the link to the correct form so I can take a look at it for you? As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Form 2

After watching a few of your videos several times, I was able to create proper link. However, the name and date is not centered in Form 2. Is there a way I can have the name centered in form 2?
There is a sample in my inbox for you to look at.Additionally, why does it say “missing recipient data” in Autoresponder 1 in Form 1?
