Hi cariena1,
I checked your email address info@thestudioat106dagama.co.za and noticed that it is in the bounce list for this reason:
Reason(s) : bounced (host mail.thestudioat106dagama.co.za[188.40.1.197] said: 550 Unroutable address (in reply to RCPT TO command))
This is why you didn't receive the test notification on it. I removed it from the bounce list and it should be able to receive emails now. Could you try to test your SMTP again now? You should check this with your email provider. I removed the email from the bounce list and you can receive emails now. You can try Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
