I am unable to set the auto responder and sender email addresses on a simple newsletter subscription template. Please assist

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and noticed that you have configured the notification email correctly and made a successful test notification. It is easy to Set up an Autoresponder Email to your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Hi cariena1,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by me in my previous reply. For the sender email in your notification email, you need to set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.

Hi cariena1,
I noticed that you successfully configured the SMTP sender email. You can add it to your email notifications now from the form settings. Regarding the issue of receiving emails on the mentioned email address, I have moved it to a new thread and replied to you there. You can check my reply here.
