Hi Michael,

You can easily add a unique field feature to block email address that already submitted in your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
2. On Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, on Unique Field, click on the Forward Arrow icon.
4. Select the Email and it will automatically save the changes.
