Another question - is there anyway to format questions so they don't look like this in the forms and reports?

"Leadership Growth Area 1: On a scale of 1 to 5, what degree of improvement have you seen in this leader in the above leadership growth area?(1 = None, 2 = Very Little, 3 = Slight, 4 = Significant, 5 = Great)"

Ideally I'd work in a line break and italicise like this:

"Leadership Growth Area 1: On a scale of 1 to 5, what degree of improvement have you seen in this leader in the above leadership growth area?

    (1 = None, 2 = Very Little, 3 = Slight, 4 = Significant, 5 = Great)"

    Hi Abe,

You can use a Paragraph field to easily customize your questions. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Paragraph field drop it to your form.
    3. Click the Pencil icon to add and customize your text.
    4. Choose the Encircled Check icon to save the changes.

    1. In Report Builder, click on the Add Element menu.
    2. Choose Text and drag it to your report.
    3. Double-click the field to add text. That's it.
