hi there,
Wondering if there is a way or the best way to get a PDF report of combined form results that is in portrait rather than landscape.
The Visual Report slide builder is great for our and love the customisations, however we want to be able to export them as PDF reports in the portrait orientation.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks,
Abe

Hi Abe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily change the dimension of your report to A4 Portrait or A5 Portrait in Report Builder. You can check out my demo report of my cloned form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper-left part of the screen.
2. Click on Report Builder below Tables on the Dropdown list.3. In Report Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the upper-right part of the screen.
4. Click on the Downward Arrow icon on Dimensions field on the right part of the screen.
5. Click on A4 Portrait or A5 Portrait on the Dropdown list. That's it. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

Amazing - that's really helpful.
I then have to go and adjust the sizing of everything when I switch dimensions. is there a way around this so the default is A4 Portrait?
Also - we are looking to duplicate this form many times to get new responses - do we have to build the form settings over and over again? Or is there some sort of preset we can save in terms of colours, charts and alignment settings? Like a template? -

Another question - is there anyway to format questions so they don't look like this in the forms and reports?
"Leadership Growth Area 1: On a scale of 1 to 5, what degree of improvement have you seen in this leader in the above leadership growth area?(1 = None, 2 = Very Little, 3 = Slight, 4 = Significant, 5 = Great)"
Ideally I'd work in a line break and italicise like this:
"Leadership Growth Area 1: On a scale of 1 to 5, what degree of improvement have you seen in this leader in the above leadership growth area?
(1 = None, 2 = Very Little, 3 = Slight, 4 = Significant, 5 = Great)" -

Hi Abe,
Unfortunately, A4 Landscape is the default report layout, and there are no account-wide settings to change it. This means you'll need to manually adjust the layout each time you create a new report.
To avoid confusion, I moved your other questions to a new thread and helped you with that here:
