Why is my multilingual form not displaying translations?

Hello,

I have tried all the steps to make my form multilingual but it keeps coming back as all items untranslated.

Any support would be greatly appreciated. I have provided a link to the form.

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Form Settings.

3. Click on the Show More Options button.

4. In Form Languages section, click the Edit button.

5. Under the Languages tab, hover your mouse on the Translations, and then click on the Pencil icon.

6. Under the Field Translations tab, enter the translated texts below the form fields texts.

Thank you for following up, but I am aware of those steps.

The issue is that for other languages it will translate the English for me and the different tutorials it shows it automatically translating. So how come it does not do it for French? Otherwise I would just translate the page in my browser. I don't want to have to go through and do all the translations myself.

Hi Mike,

You may be referring to other languages that have default translations. If no translation is displayed, you will need to manually add translations for each field in your form. You can recheck the guide I provided here on how to add the translated text. This will ensure that the form automatically translates when the user selects a specific language from the Language Selection button.
