    Hi Jennybarnes,

Can you check if the Open results page inside form's frame (if form is embedded) is checked in the Jotform Quiz app? If not, put a check mark on it and see if the issue resolves. Check out the screenshot below:

If the issue persists, can you try testing the page on a different browser or incognito mode? This will also help us narrow down the issue. I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Jennybarnes,

Since you're using WordPress, sometimes plugins can affect how forms display. Do you have any tools installed for security, speeding up your site, or managing forms? If you're not sure, you can check by going to your WordPress dashboard and clicking on Plugins. Some caching or security plugins might be blocking the form, but we can try disabling them temporarily to see if that fixes the issue.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Aries, my developers have looked into this and said:

not able to find any incompatibilities.

Also noting there is no caching plugin installed on your site.

    Can you please advise support?

    Hi Jennybarnes,

Can you take a screenshot of your browser console log when the issue occurs and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Jennybarnes,

Can you also share with us the website URL where you have embedded your form? This will help us further check and find a solution.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Jennybarnes,

I assume it's the Effective Training form embedded on your website, right? Would it be okay if we make a test submission from your website, so we can further inspect the issue?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Mark,

I tested your form both when its embedded and with its direct URL, and see that the values remained the same. Check out the screenshots below for my results on your website and its direct link:

    Embedded:

    Direct URL:

To see what's happening further, I've cloned your form, set it up with Quiz App with the following configuration:

Form Results Showing Code Instead of Displaying Properly Image 3 Screenshot 82

After checking, it seems that your Quiz App configuration on your form is outdated as the correct field's unique name is not being used. For example, your current configuration shows "{typeA:given} ({typeA:correct})" while the fields actually have {youAre:given} ({youAre:correct}) as their correct parameters. I've tested this clone and got the expected results as seen below:

To solve this, I suggest opening the form through the Quiz App, and then use the Rest Default button. Let me show you how:

    1. In Quiz App, after selecting the form, click on the Reset to Default button on the bottom right of the custom result page.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
