I have already utilized your AI and it has been unable to resolve this issue

it seems to be an error that I am being advised of an upload limit when I have cleared my cache. I have deleted my trash and I only have three submissions and one form.

    Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your upload limit usage, and it’s currently at 49.48 MB out of 100.00 MB. If this is different from what you're seeing on your end, try logging out of your Jotform account, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in. After that, check your usage again to see what is currently reflected. Let me show you how:

    1. In your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.

    2. Then click on View All. This will display your current usage.

Now, if you need to free up more space, you’ll need to delete more submission entries with uploaded files. Make sure to also remove them from the trash folder to permanently free up space. If you still need those files but want to clear up storage, you can download them for backup first. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
    2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button.
    3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.

    To delete a submission:

    1. In Jotform Tables, you can click on the three dots icon next to the entry you want to delete and then select Move to Trash from the dropdown option.
    2. Alternatively, check all the checkboxes for the specific entries you want to delete, and then click the Delete button in the upper right corner of the table to delete multiple entries.
    3. You can also check the Top Checkbox to select all entries, and then click the Delete button in the upper right corner of the table to delete all entries at once.
    4. Lastly, click the red Move to Trash button in the pop-up modal to complete the deletion process. Check out my screencast for a visual guide. Upload Limit Error Despite Clearing Cache and Deleting Trash Screenshot 103

    Hi

I deleted all but 5 entries and cleared caches forever, yet after refreshing my upload space says ''111MB of 100MB used'' and my account is not able to receive submissions due to this error.

It should say close to 0 (Zero), of course. please confirm.

    Thank you,

    Denise
