Hi Denise,
I cleared your form cache, as outdated cache and cookies can sometimes delay updates to your usage limits. If you still don't see any changes, try logging out of your Jotform account, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in. Afterward, check your usage to see if it's now updated correctly. Let me show you how:
1. In your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. Then click on View All. This will display your current usage.
Another way to view this is by going to your Account Usage page. Let me show you how:
1. In your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. Next, you can click either your Avatar, your Name, or Settings.
3. On the right-hand side, go to the Usage tab.
