Sign Builder: Ability to disable signers

Is there a way to send a contract and disable additional signees in the template? Here's an example of what I mean:

If there are multiple signers/roles, it means there are fields that are assigned to them. You can follow the steps below to delete them:

1. In Sign Builder, click on any of the fields.
2. Finally, hover to the signer/role and click on the trash can icon as shown below:

Thanks however, I don't want to delete them from the template, I just want to disable the fields. Right now if I go to "Send To Sign" I can't send it unless all signers fields have an email and name associated with it.

For example, if the form has a max of 6 signee fields and we only need two, I can't send it out to sign unless the other 4 are filled out. How do I disable them so I can send? NOT delete them out of the template.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to disable signers when sending to be signed. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
