Hi, we have reached the max upload space a couple of days ago and I have deleted 700 submissons and it is still showing full. Can you please tell me how to clear up space to use my forms asap?

    Hi TMDEoffice,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I can see that you are still using 1.06 GB out of allowed 1.00 GB. Most of the space is covered by the form "Front Desk/Sales Application - Submissions" which covers more than 800 MB. To avoid this situation, I recommend you to upgrade your plan which offers a better storage limit. To better understand the account usage and limits, check the linked guide. You can free up the space by removing the submission from the submission table, and then clear your form caches to make sure your forms are live again.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello TMDEoffice,

I recalculated your upload space usage and it still shows the same number. Please note that you need to delete a submission that has an attachment file. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files to the field and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted to your upload space. This limit does not reset; you need to upgrade to increase your limit or delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space.

The form with the highest upload space usage comes from this table. Let me show you how to delete the submissions:

    1. In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
    2. On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.

Now, let us purge the data:

    3. In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries.1663963857 632e12d18342f Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 314. The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever.1663963953 632e1331d7489 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 42

We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out. To learn more about the account limits, I suggest looking into our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

    Hello TMDEoffice,

I checked your account and your upload usage shows 264.03 MB / 1.00 GB which is within the limit of the bronze plan. I have cleared your form cache just in case, and your form should be accessible now. Can you try accessing your form again and see how it goes? I tested your Trial Dance Class Waiver at The Movement form and it is accessible as shown below:
