How to allow the users to chosse different types of payments?

    I have 3 issues:

    1. The payment values are not transferring over to Square products at the end of the form.
    2. I have attached a picture of a questions about payment options. If the donor chooses to make other payment arrangements, I still want to collect their data. How can they submit without paying?
    3. Similarly, I will be taking donations in person tomorrow and want to know how to record the form data if they pay me in check or cash.
    4. I can see the submit button on my form builder, but I don't see it on the form itself which means I can't make a donation. How do I change that?

    Hi julie149,

Thanks for waiting. I checked your form and I see that you used the Sell Subscriptions payment type. Because of this, it is not possible to pass the value of the calculation widgets on your form into the payment field.

With your current setup, I suggest that you create 3 different forms for the types of payment arrangements that you offer. You can embed those 3 forms in one form using the Iframe Embed widget. Let me walk you through the steps that you can apply to your form:

    • Create a new form (main form) and add a Single Choice field where the users can select their preferred payment option. You must also remove the Submit element on this form.

    • Next, use the Iframe Embed widget to embed the 3 different forms. Here's how:
    1. In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
    2. Search and add the Iframe Embed widget.
    3. Click on the Wand icon next to the Iframe Embed widget.
    4. Paste the form's URL.
    5. Click on Update Widget.

    • Use Show/Hide Field conditions to display the corresponding embedded form based on the payment option. Here's an example condition:

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

It was working. I don't want 3 different forms I need all the data and payment information in one place.

Can you please help with my other questions?

    Hi Julie,

Regarding your first question, I cloned your form and, test it to see if I could submit your form without make any payment, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. After I select the "I would like to make other arrangements" option for your given question, I was allowed to submit your form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
