How to collect donations made by check or cash?

Similarly, I will be taking donations in person tomorrow and want to know how to record the form data if they pay me in check or cash.

You can use Purchase Order if you don't want to collect payments upfront. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Elements menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Payment tab, click on Purchase Order to add it to your form.
3. In the integration setting, change the Payment Type to Collect Donations.

As an addition to my colleague's reply, if the people who gave donations in person have already filled out your form, you can manually edit your form data, or you can add them manually through Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Tables, choose a cell and enter the desired entry.

2. Click outside the cell or press the Enter button on your keyboard.

If they didn't fill your form, you can enter a new submission entry for desired cells manually. Let's do it:

1. While in Tables, click on ADD on the left side of the page.

2. Choose a cell and enter your data manually. That's it.
