Hi Xavier,

The link you are mentioning is a link to allow a collaborator to see and edit your form inbox. In that case, the collaboraor will need to create a Jotform account and to log in to collaborate on your inbox. If you want to send a link to a customer for submitting a prefilled form, you might better want to use the prefill fuctionality. Let me show you how to do it. 

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Ont he left panel, select Prefill.
3. Choose Manual Prefill.
4. Click on + Add a New Prefill.
5. Fill ten form as your needs, and click on the Send Invitation in button in the top right side.
6. Inform the recipient email address, add a message, and click on Send Invitation.

Once done, the recipient will receive an email with the message and a link button to load and submit your prefilled form:
