Hi Angelia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I tested the clone version of your form and was able to create a Zapier automation for Google Meet. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As we don't have a direct integration with Google Meet, the only way to connect your form with it is through Zapier. To set up the automation, please follow the steps below:
- While on the Sign Builder page, click on Settings located on the top green navigational bar.
- Next, click on Integrations on the left side.
- Then, in the search bar, look for Google Meet and select it to begin the integration process.
- Next, you will need to authorize the connection to your Zapier account.
- Once your Zapier is connected, you can choose from the available Zapier Templates to create the automation you want.
- Simply click Use this Zap, and you will be prompted to configure your preferred Zap on the following page.
We also have a guide here on How to Use Zapier With Jotform for more details.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Is there a way to integrate both Google meet and calendar together? These apps are made to work together, yet here there is no option on Jotform. I don't receive any notifications of the created Google meet so it kind of defeats the purpose.
Is there a way to just automate Google meet when an appointment is scheduled on my Jotform? It would help tremendously if when an appointment is scheduled through Jotform, that it automates in my calendar and my clients as well with the Google meet link.
I've been trying to work around this issue for a while and there doesn't seem to be a real concrete solution. Will there ever be this option in the future?

Hi Angelia,
Thanks for reaching back to us and explaining your needs. Unfortunately, we don't have a direct Google Meet integration and we only have Google Calendar integration.
I will send a feature request to our developer team. When or if this will be developed depends on several factors such as how feasible it is, the number of requests we receive and the workloads of our developers. When it's implemented, we'll update you here. -

Thank you for clearing that up. I've been trying to fix this issues for a while. I don't receive any notifications through zapier of these test runs, and when I do search for the meetings created through jot form it doesn't pick the date on the jotform. It will show up as a day or an hour later, or some other time.
The only way I could test this to see the issue was filling up the form myself and taking up some of my monthly form limits.
I wish there was an easier to test these issues without having to do that, and/or facing embarrassment from clients having the wrong date/ time or not receiving any notifications through Google calendar.

Hi Angelia,
Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Have you tried re-integrating the Google Meet integration through Zapier, like my colleague mentioned? Unfortunately, we don't currently have a test mode for forms. All test submissions will be counted into your limits. I can also see that we already created a feature request for the Google Meet's direct integration.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Yes I have. The only thing that was a little helpful was Jerics response, and reintegrating Google meet doesn't fix the problem of the wrong google calendar date.

Hi Angelia,
Thanks for getting back to us. We have sent a feature request to our developer team for direct Google Meet integration. You mentioned that when you search for the meeting created through Jotform, it displays a different time. If you integrate the form with Zapier to trigger it on a new submission, it should schedule a Google meeting for the same time. In case you see a different time, it's worth verifying that the timezone of your Jotform is accurate. Changing the timezone of your Jotform account is easy. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your cursor on the Profile Avatar icon and click on Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Edit button next to the Timezone area. Now, you can choose and set a timezone.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I've done this already. Again, the different times don't match up with the provided dates or times on my Jotform. It will schedule meetings on the weekend when I have on my appointment calendar only Tuesday through Friday open. Is there anyone who can help me with the issue?
- I do not receive any notifications on my end of the Google Calendar invite.
- There is no Google Meet link in the Calendar
- The Calendar invite will create a completely different time and day than selected by my clients.
Lastly, the only reason I could conform to this issue is by using up my monthly form submission and applying myself. Please that this issue is resolved as I cannot gamble using any more submissions to try and figure out the issue.

Hi Angelia,
Thanks for getting back to us. It's possible that the Google Calendar integration is showing a different time from the selected date and time in the appointment field because the date or time must have been presented at another timezone. I suggest that you lock the time zone of your appointment field. Let me show you how:
- Click on the Gear icon attached to the Appointment field.
- In the menu on the right, go to Advanced.
- Scroll down and set it to Lock the Time Zone.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I've done this. Please understand before requesting any help I've ensured on my end, that all issues were searched extensively.
None of these responses fix any of the 3 issues laid out in the previous response.

Hi Angelia,
Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that you have not locked the Timezone yet. Can you try to lock like suggested by the previous reply of my colleague? Check out the screencast below to see my results once the timezone was locked:
Can you try it again and check if the issue still happens on your end?
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi there,
We’re thrilled to announce our new Google Meet action with Google Calendar integration, optimizing your meeting scheduling workflow! This integration allows you to easily schedule Google Meet calls directly from your submissions. Whether you're setting up appointments, interviews, or team meetings, this automation makes it simple to collect appointment details and automatically generate a Google Meet link for your form fillers.
It only takes a few clicks to connect your forms to Google Meet, saving you time and eliminating the need for manual scheduling. Once you're ready to start scheduling, simply connect your account, and all your submissions will be automatically transferred to your Google Calendar. Setting up a Google Meet action is easy. Here’s how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, under the Integrations tab, click on Google Calendar.
3. Now, under Choose an Action, select Create Event with Google Meet and then click on Next.
4. On the bottom-right side of the next window, click on Authenticate and, in the window that pops-up, log into your Google account.
5. Under Select Calendar, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select the calendar that you want your meetings to be added to.
6. Under Customize Meeting Title, click on the Form Fields Dropdown menu and select fields to include in the meeting title, or enter a custom title of your own.
7. Then, under Add Required Attendees, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select the email addresses of the attendees you want to invite.
8. Under Match Fields, map your form fields to match the Start Time and Duration.
9. Finally, under Add Form Fields to Event Description, select form fields to include in the Event Description, and then click on Save.
10. Tick the box next to Update Event When a Submission is Edited if you want to change the details when a submission is edited.
11. Likewise, tick the box next to Create Event Only if A Time Slot is Available if you want to limit event creation to the available time slots.
And that’s it! Your form is now connected to Google Calendar. Once someone submits your form, an event will be created with a Google Meet link, and attendees will get an email notification with the meeting details.
You can check out how it’ll look in your calendar below:
Give it a try and reach out if you need any help.
