Skrill does not charge any transaction fee for receiving money into your Skrill account. It is completely free to receive money in your own currency with Skrill. However, Skrill does charge you for withdrawing funds. You can check the fee details for Skrill.
You do not need to subscribe to a paid plan on Jotform to use Skrill payment. However, depending on the number of submissions/payments that you want to receive every month, you may subscribe to one of the plans available.
