Now, coming back to your question, since you mentioned Mobile Offline, note that Jotform Mobile Forms allows you to collect data offline. Offline submissions are saved on your device and will sync automatically once you have an internet connection again. Make sure your internet connection is stable when you want to sync your submissions. Can you clarify if you mean you're not getting the answers in the Submissions page or the email?
