Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, can you clarify what you mean when you say the form doesn't open a page? Are you unable to access the forms from your Jotform Mobile App? Upon checking your account, I see no issues that would prevent your forms from being accessible. All your forms are accessible except for the one titled Formulário - Aluno Presencial, which is currently disabled. If this is the form you are referring to that cannot be accessed, I can show you how to enable it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the Form Settings window, click on Enabled in the Form Status option.
3.  Once you're done, click on the Save button in the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.
