Teremos um evento nesse sábado, e por isso estava entrando bastante no app para ver quem tinha se inscrito, e do nada baniram a conta...não entendi. Preciso mesmo ver a quantidade de pessoas, e ainda tem gente que vai se inscrever...

Hi Nicolle,
When I checked your account, I noticed that it was suspended because your form titled RESET was marked as risky by our system. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we'll need you to send the following information to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #30642731 as the subject so we can verify your account:
- The URL where the form is used.
- A link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
- A valid government-issued ID card, such as a driver's license or passport, along with a clear, forward-facing selfie for verification.
You can find the instructions below on how the required selfie should be:
- The selfie must be a clear, forward-facing photo of the individual's full face.
- The person must be holding one of the provided ID documents next to their face.
- Make sure your face is fully visible without obstructions like sunglasses, hats, masks, etc.
An example of an acceptable selfie is provided in the image below:
Sending the email from your business email address, if you’re affiliated with a legitimate institution, would expedite the process. We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one, if you have one, to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
