Bom dia, estou usando o jotform para um aplicativo de uma prefeitura e nele os cidadãos podem fazer críticas, elogios, sugestões solicitar serviços, queria saber é possível criar um agente de IA para ler as respostas dos formulários e fazer uma análise de sentimento nas respostas? Através desses sentimentos que poderão ser separados por secretarias ou bairros, e avisar o secretário ou o prefeito quando esses sentimentos estiverem em um nível alto.

Now, coming back to your question, if you're looking to analyze form responses using AI, one option is to export the form responses as a PDF Document and upload them to a Knowledge AI tool. This would allow the AI to read and interpret the content

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the Blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

2. Click on Knowledge Base in the menu on the left side of the page.

3. Click the File option and upload the PDF document. You can add multiple PDF documents to add more AI Knowledge.
