You received the One Dollar Silver Yearly Discount of $467.00 USD, which means you were only charged $1 in total for the annual subscription. You can verify this information by checking your account invoice. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.

    Boa tarde,

    A assinatura que quero o cancelamento é referente 2025 a 2026 que veio cobrando um valor muito alto, por isso preciso cancelar.
    A assinatura de 1 dolar foi justamente por que solicitei o cancelamento do plano atual mais ela só valida de 2026 a 2027.
    Logo preciso cancelar a assinatura atual do plano bronze que veio esse valor de $407.
    Consegue o cancelamento e o reembolso ?
