Now, coming back to your concern. Unfortunately, we do not have any direct integration with WhatsApp. You can use Pabbly connect for this purpose. You can get in touch with their support for further information on this or you can watch this video for reference. You can also use Zapier as a workaround. You can check out the guide here. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

We're excited to announce that we’ve just made it easier to reach people where they already are—on WhatsApp! With Jotform’s WhatsApp integration, you can get real-time notifications as soon as someone submits your form—helping you reply faster and stay connected. It’s fast to set up and fits right into your existing workflow. Here’s how to get started:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Now, search for WhatsApp and then click on it. 
4. Then, click on Here or scan the QR Code on the screen to verify your WhatsApp number. 
5. In the WhatsApp window that opens, click on the Send icon to continue. 
6. You’ll get a Confirmation message in WhatsApp once your number’s verified. 
7. Now, go back to your form and click on Check Your Verification.
8. After that, set up your Notification Message, and then click on Save to finish. 

Once saved, your WhatsApp integration will come up in your list of actions. To make changes, hover your mouse over it and click on the Three Dots icon to see more options like See Action Logs, Rename Action, Disable Action, or Delete Action:
