Now, let me help you with your question. You can apply the comma separation in the Input Table fields by following the steps and screenshots below:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
• Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Update/Calculate Field.
• Set the conditions as you see below:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have input masking for the fields in the input table field to add the dot separation. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team.
