Olá, boa tarde! Tudo bem?
O agrupamento de formulários parou de funcionar. Dessa forma tenho vários formulários soltos e desordenados.
- Após definir o filtro e exportar em PDF.
- Em seguida tenho o link para download dos arquivos:
- Mas ao invés de agrupados, os arquivos estão soltos e desordenados (o que antes vinha agrupado e ordenado por datas)...

There's been a recent improvements update to the Download PDF processes with the aim of enhancing stability and performance, which may have affected your PDFs. I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data. Please try downloading the PDFs again to see if it works.

Não foi resolvido. O problema ainda acontece.
Anteriormente os arquivos vinham em blocos de 10 formulários por PDF, ordenados por data.

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try again to download these files in Incognito mode and let us know how it goes? This will help us to understand the issue better and investigate further. Also, I suggest clearing your browser caches. To do that you can follow this guide.

I'm about to test your submission table but there's an existing filter under the Medição MMI sheet. Would you allow us to remove the existing filter in order for us to test it on our end?

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem that you are referring to. The downloaded PDFs are extracted in individual files. Can you share with us an example of the downloaded PDFs before so that we can investigate the issue further?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems the PDF reports are now being downloaded as individual files by default. Unfortunately, there is no possible way to change this.
I've gone ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
In the meantime, you can also merge the PDF files using tools like this page.

Did you remove a feature from the tool to make its use worse? It doesn't make sense to me, but if there's nothing to do, that's fine.
