Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, the form(s) can be transferred to your account. However, the transfer request must come from the form owner's account. I would advise you to contact the form's owner and request that they create a support ticket requesting that the form be transferred to your account. Please notify them that the form URL as well as the username to which the form will be transferred must be specified.
